Meet Sarah!
Hello! My name is Sarah Blatchford. I am a Physiotherapist with over ten years experience. I love helping people move better. I believe the better we move, the better we live. I have worked for Queensland Health since graduating in 2010, in various hospitals and community settings around Queensland. I have experience in neurological physiotherapy and have worked with conditions including Parkinson's Disease, stroke and brain injury. I have also worked with clients post lower limb amputation, multi traumas and a huge range of other conditions.
I grew up right here on the Sunshine Coast and I love living an outdoor lifestyle. I am a passionate traveler, dancer, and speak English and Portuguese. I have two beautiful young daughters and a dog (although some may consider her a small horse, she's 45kgs!).
Our Services
Well Health Physiotherapy is a mobile physiotherapy service that offers in home Physiotherapist assessment and treatment. Telehealth is also available when appropriate. I service clients under the NDIS and Home Care Packages as well as privately funded.
I offer in home assessments to understand your goals and what is important to you. I then work with you to achieve these goals by creating a personalized exercise program and supervised exercise sessions as required. I can also assess your home and equipment to maximize your current function and reduce your risk of falls.
